Finance and Administration ManagerWe are seeking an energetic, motivated, and business savvy Finance and Administration Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of the company ensuring smooth, efficient and effective business processes. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong business acumen and the ability to work with the company MD, as well as collaborate with stakeholders internal and external to the business.
This role offers diversity and the opportunity to work within a positive and experienced tight-knit team. With your energy and initiative, you will manage the company finance and accounting procedures in place and have the ability to improve efficiency, automation and processes to drive the company forward.
You will be working closely with the MD and this role is responsible for managing the financial reporting, taxation compliance, budgeting and forecasting, overseeing 3PL partners and supporting other aspects of the company operations.

Specific duties includeLead month-end accounting and end-of-year reporting, including local and overseas Group reportingOversee the AR, AP and Payroll functions to ensure efficient and timely processes.Manage both the external audit and preparation of the work papers, taxation compliance and lodgment of statutory returns, and the company financial reportsReviewing credit limits and credit riskReview of annual insurances and complianceManaging a tight-knit team including customer service, service and administrationManage administrative functions across the company including our quality processes and governanceWork with the MD to supervise the daily operations, 3PL partner and other logistic functions of the businessCoordinate closely with the MD to understand and implement business decisions that contribute to the strategic growth of the business.What you'll need to succeedYou are an accomplished finance manager / controller, or a highly experienced senior accountant professional looking for the next step to work in a small / medium corporate business, who loves working with the MD and across other departments.
Fully qualified (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
