BENEFITS TO YOUJoin this team that are proud, collaborative and unified to meet common goals.National role, established relationships, premium product, autonomous position with trusting and hands-off leader.Established national territory available through current incumbent retiring.WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROWAs a National Account Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be based in Sydney, and play a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining relationships with a niche group of specialists in hospitals and private rooms, promoting a range of capital equipment.With full autonomy, you'll have the freedom to shape this role.
You will collaborate with internal teams to consistently exceed customer expectations by providing accurate pricing, comprehensive product information, and reliable support.Your responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features to prospective customers, and clearly articulating the value proposition to address customer pain points.You'll also provide pre- and post-sales support, including some servicing of the products and associated IT software.You will stay informed of competitor activities and industry trends, using this knowledge to devise business development strategies.
Analysing customer feedback and market demands will be crucial in refining and enhancing product offerings.You will set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth.
By developing effective sales plans, you'll maximise revenue, increase market share, and work towards expanding the team on a national level.You'll also be responsible for managing and resolving customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and you will contribute to government tenders.WHAT QUALS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?A tertiary qualification in science, engineering, or electronics is preferred.Proven hospital sales experience with a strong technical background, selling capital equipment.Familiarity with engineering, electronics, and servicing medical devices is a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present and pitch products/solutions.
Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving are essential.A driven, enthusiastic, and resilient individual with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.A results-oriented mindset with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Demonstrated ability to articulate and replicate your sales success.A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and full Australian working rights.INTERESTED?Please 'apply now' by quoting reference number 3639 and/or call Nicole Villanueva on .
