Business is booming at this well established but still rapidly growing Microsoft focused IT Consultancy that to this day retains it's entrepreneurial vibe & start-up feel.
Due to sustained growth, we are looking to add a highly talented M365 Technical Support Consultant to provide advanced Technical Support to our highly prestigious and highly valued Blue-Chip Customer base.This is your chance to get in on the action at a great time and enhance your skills in a dynamic and rewarding work environment as there is a concerted push to increase further their footprint in the M365 market.Please note - We can only accept applications for this role from AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS, due to the nature of the customer-base.

Skills & Experience required (and not all strictly necessary, but as many as possible would be nice) - Possess comprehensive knowledge in the functional and technical aspects of the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Have proven experience across service delivery lifecycle and the demonstrated technical ability to design, coordinate and put solutions into practice Are experienced in providing customer support under Service Level Agreement (SLA's) and managing P1 items in a fast-paced environment Experience in Azure technologies Strong knowledge of the Power Platform Ability to develop and execute data migration plans Understanding of how SharePoint and the Power Platform fit into the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem Conduct training sessions for customers and junior support staff to enhance their understanding and use of Microsoft 365 technologies.
Advanced Technical Support: Provide expert-level support for M365, including but not limited to: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Office Apps, Power Platform, Security and Compliance, Azure Active Directory,Intune Apply now, in strictest confidence, to or hit the APPLY tab.
