About Us

About the Role
We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer-centric individuals to join our Support Team
We support both new and existing Eway and Ezidebit customers with a range of inquiries and are a pivotal part of our customer's journey.
Working with a small team in an open-plan office environment, you'll deliver outstanding customer service experiences, with an emphasis on customer loyalty.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Managing and actioning incoming calls, chats, and emails from business-to-business customers in a timely and effective manner; Responding, investigating, and resolving questions and queries from clients; Maintaining client data and ensuring its integrity; Identifying issues and trends that are affecting our clients and escalating appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
