Together we can create brilliant customer experiences.Do Work that MattersAs a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they contact us.
You will assist customers in managing their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments.
You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:Concierge and welcome callsMissed payments and early-intervention collectionsSimple customer service enquiriesSee Yourself in our TeamWe currently have Casual positions available from September onwards with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.We're Interested in hearing from people who:Genuinely care about the experience of customersHave excellent communication skillsHave the ability to navigate new technology and computer systemsAre naturally curious, resilient, empathetic, and adaptableHave aspirations to grow their career with usHours and TrainingTo be considered for this role you must have the following availability:Must be available for two weekday shifts per weekHybrid role: You must be available to work from the Redfern office, once a fortnight (more during training)Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availabilityTraining will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 4 weeks, 15 hours per week (days & times will be confirmed at interview stage)Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training periodThroughout your training, you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
