Our state-of-the-art facility in Western Sydney is dedicated to delivering exceptional veterinary services with compassion and expertise.ARH has expanded its reach with the opening of our 9th site, a state-of-the-art, 1200m² purpose-built facility launched in October 2023.
Ideally located near the M4 and M7 interchange, our hospital is positioned at the heart of the rapidly developing Greater Western SydneyDue to ongoing growth in the business, we are looking for a friendly and organised Full-time Customer Care Representative to join a close-knit team and be a welcoming face to our clients and their petsAs a part of the Customer Care team, your duties will include:Full-time role across a variety of day shifts, evenings, and weekendsHandling a high volume of inbound callsWelcoming clients and their pets to the hospitalBooking and managing appointmentsInvoicing and taking payments – including cash and EFTPOSProcessing payments on Vetpay and Medipay finance platformsData entry and requesting documents from referring vets and clientsManaging email enquiriesLiaising with referring vetsAbout your experience and skills:Minimum 2 years' experience in a reception/customer service roleAbility to remain calm under pressure, during busy times, emergency situations, or while dealing with difficult clientsStrong computer literacy skillsExperience with appointment entries, invoicing, and taking paymentsAbility to manage your time effectivelyAmazing attention to detailFriendly, warm, and professional phone manner with the ability to converse with a range of different people with compassion and empathyStrong interpersonal and relationship skillsFlexibility to work a range of shifts and availability during busy peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, school holidays)If you have a genuine love for animals and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you
