Manager, Strategic Growth & Service InnovationAre you a visionary leader with a passion for driving growth and fostering innovation?About the roleThe Manager Strategic Growth and Service Innovation is responsible for driving business growth by identifying strategic opportunities, leading the development of commercial proposals, responding to tenders, and ensuring the successful establishment of new services.This role provides leadership to the business development team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to achieve organisational objectives.
With a focus on strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship building, the Manager Strategic Growth and Service Innovation plays a critical role in enhancing the organisations impact and sustainability.The Manager Strategic Growth and Service Innovation reports to the Executive General Manager, (Older Persons and Strategic Growth) and is part of the senior leadership team.This is a full-time permanent contract (with a 6-month probation period).
