Our clients have confidence in our ability to deliver results because we truly understand this landscape.Please Note: Candidates wanting to apply MUST be based in SYD or relocating to SYD in the very near future, as this role requires you to physically come into the office.The Perks:Birthday leavePaid Parental leaveVolunteer leaveCareer Development and Training ProgramsPet-friendly and vibrant officeBarista style coffeeSocial events - gourmet lunches, social drinksAs an Enterprise SEO Consultant, you will be responsible for:Handling a portfolio of high-value Enterprise SEO clients.Creating tailored, data-driven strategies designed to meet a client's goals.Using data from multiple first and third-party sources to identify opportunities for success.Supporting all recommendations with clear reasoning and supporting documentation.Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns over time and determining whether this is meeting expectations or needs to be adjusted.Communicating confidently, clearly, and collaboratively with clients in meetings and if necessary over email.Staying up to date with evolving SEO techniques and algorithm changes, effectively understanding how these could impact results for your clients.Contributing to the training and development of your wider Enterprise SEO team.Working collaboratively with other teams within the business, ensuring high quality, timely delivery of strategies.Supporting and learning from our team of Snr and Lead Ent SEO Consultants.Minimum Requirements:Organized and proactive, with a desire to always be learning.A strong communicator, both internally with your team and externally with clients, with good presentation skills.Able to work as part of a hybrid team (on-site & off-site).Experienced in fundamental SEO.Proficient in Google Sheets, confident with basic formulas.Inquisitive. Always asking 'why?'Collaborative, able to work well as part of a team, offering to support and pitch in on accounts other than your own may be necessary sometimes.Able to thrive independently.
