Your Role The FP&A Manager will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function within Lincoln Sentry.
This role involves overseeing the preparation of financial reports, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making.
The Finance Lead will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
You will lead and coach a small team while collaborating closely with a variety of business functions.
You will be part of a wider finance network within the DuluxGroup which provides great support and collaboration with other colleagues.
Key Responsibilities Preparation and presentation of the monthly management reporting pack for the leadershipConduct financial modeling and analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiativesProvide ongoing support to the functional teams in their delivery of strategic imperativesManagement of the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, involving partnering with cross functional finance and non-finance executivesSupporting senior management with in-depth analysis and understanding of business drivers including customer analysis and cost reviewsLead and develop the FP&A teamSkills & Experience Degree and CA/CPA QualifiedProven experience in a FP&A role managing a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to maintain standards and clarity in an environment of conflicting needs, priorities and commercial pressureIf you're ready to join a compassionate and collaborative workplace, your opportunity starts here.
