About the Opportunity: With direct alignment to our customer strategy, and an integral part of our customer model, a Stream is a collection of multi-capability Squads that come together to solve our most critical business opportunities and deliver enhanced value to our customers and shareholders.
Reporting into the Head of Accelerated Performance, the Stream Leader – Data and Technology Capability will focus on defining and delivering improved data and technology assets and initiatives to EnergyAustralia's Customer business unit as part of a competitive and rapidly transforming industry.
This exciting and varied role will see you delivering value to our customers through our product and service offerings, delivering high impact product and pricing projects.
Lead the Quarterly Stream Flow and developing a Stream backlog informed by the Portfolio backlog.Develop a 3–6-month roadmap that supports the Squads in the prioritisation of deliverables aligned to Stream and Portfolio objectives.Participate in the Quarterly Planning Event to prioritise work for the current quarter and sequence the work based on dependencies and available or dispatchable capacity.Establish and embed Stream ceremonies and cadences including Stand Ups, Stream Showcases and Stream Retrospectives.Develop Stream Metrics in line with the objectives of the Customer Must Wins.Engage with and proactively collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across the Customer and EnergyAustralia business.About You: To be successful in this role, you will have experience leading cross functional teams and aligning work activities to strategic outcomes.
You will have a background of Agile (or similar) project management of diverse initiatives within a high-volume services environment.
You will bring:
The ability to manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle and optimise the flow of work by managing system constraints.Outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to harness the resources and capabilities required for successful delivery.A recognised university degree in a statistical or technical domain (Mathematics, Econometrics, Data Science etc) or equivalent experience.Proficiency in Python, R, Spark, Visualisation Tools (EG Tableau/Power BI).Excellent ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences and bring people together.How to Apply: If you're ready to 'light the way' towards your next career move, click the 'Apply' button to submit a confidential application.
