Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.About Your RoleUnique opportunity to work with our participants, managing aspects of their NDIS funded supports. An important part of your role will be to develop a collaborative working relationship with the customer groups and their support networks.We have two positions based in the West and one in the North East and there may be an element of travel involved to meet with participants and their support network.Your Key FocusDevelopment, quoting and implementation of participant plans that meet the participants' needs and expectations.Participate in planning and review meetings to assist the participant to achieve the correct funding to enhance their goals and required services.Maintaining participant information, compliance requirements for consent and service agreement documentation across organisational management systems.About YouDemonstrated experience and a working knowledge in creating and implementing Participant Plans within a disability framework with NDIS scheme funding experience.Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.High level of problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.Minimum RequirementsSuccessful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check. If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country or countries will also be required.
