About the Role: We are looking for a Senior HSE Advisor to join a prestigious $500 million commercial project.
In this role, you will take a leadership position in driving safety excellence on-site, overseeing safety practices, and ensuring compliance with all WHS regulations.
You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding the HSE team, ensuring all safety protocols are implemented, and promoting a strong safety culture across the entire project team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction for all HSE activities on-siteDevelop and implement comprehensive safety management plans and ensure compliance with WHS regulationsMentor and support the HSE team, ensuring best practices are followedConduct regular audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections across the projectInvestigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrencesCollaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on safety goals and strategiesRequirements: Extensive experience in a Senior HSE Advisor role within large-scale construction projectsStrong knowledge of WHS legislation and best practicesProven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire othersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the project teamRelevant qualifications in WHS, Safety, or a related fieldWhy Join Us?
