The work undertaken is in highly sensitive areas and discretion is paramount.The expectations:Develop and oversee test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project goals and timelines.Ensure comprehensive test coverage by identifying test objectives, requirements, and acceptance criteria.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing objectives with business and technical requirements.Provide regular updates on test progress, risks, and metrics through detailed reporting and dashboards.Monitor test processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.Analyse test results to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvement.Select and manage test tools, frameworks, and environments to enhance efficiency.Lead and mentor testing teams, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and resources needed for success.The wants:Active AGSVA Negative Vetting 1 (minimum)Relevant experience at an Intermediate-senior level from APS/DefenceStrong engagement and collaboration skills to build positive working relationships with stakeholders while managing competing agendasCapability to start immediately and perform effectively from the outsetThe offer:12% Superannuation4 x well-being days per year in addition to your leave entitlements to focus on youA commitment starting at 5 days per year to go towards your professional development goalsAccess to a personal goal-setting programA wide range of social and community activities for you and your family to take part inA team that is supportive, collaborative, and passionateProjects Assured is Canberra based and this is a full-time (5 days a week) client-facing role.
