This role is a unique opportunity to shape a team of dedicated educators, food coordinators, and trainees, fostering a collaborative culture where every team member feels valued and supported.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Leading a Centre: Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on providing the best learning environment possible.Mentoring a High-Performing Team: Lead, guide, and support educators, food coordinators, and trainees in their roles, nurturing a culture of professional growth and excellence.Creating a Collaborative Culture: Champion a positive team atmosphere where everyone feels valued and inspired.Building Relationships: Engage with the local community, fostering strong bonds with families and boosting enrolment.Ensuring Quality & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards in care, education, and safety, with a firm grasp of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Qikkids Software.About You We're looking for a leader with proven success in a similar role, who is passionate about nurturing a positive and inspiring team culture.
You Have: Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Manager or similar role, with a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and relevant certifications.Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships and navigate challenges with empathy.Passion and Proactivity: A resilient, adaptable approach to lead effectively under pressure, with a can-do attitude.Commitment to Excellence: Deep knowledge of early childhood frameworks and a drive to create a culture of exceeding quality standards.If you're an experienced Centre Manager ready to step into an exciting role with Tall Tree Early Learning Leederville, we'd love to connect
