The Opportunity: UFS is seeking a confident, proactive Account Manager to join our business to manage a range of clients in our Unit Registry team.
This position is suited to someone who has strong experience and knowledge in Account management within the financial services industry.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for servicing clients to the best of their ability, strong organisational skill set as well as an eye for attention to detail.
By providing high quality support to these accounts, you will be a highly valued member of the business.
Key Responsibilities: · Act as the first point of contact for our clients and investors within the Unit Registry team, ensuring a high level of service is provided in a timely manner · Build and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of registry are delivered accurately in a compliant and efficient manner · Assist with fund transitions and onboarding of new funds, ensuring all set procedures and processes are adhered to · Entering and reviewing static data changes in an accurate manner within agrees SLA's · Creation and distribution of all relevant client reports within set timeframes · Escalate issues to manager as identified by client, trustee and team to ensure a viable solution can be found · Preparation of exit statements, tax statements and distribution statements when required · Effectively manage risks associated with your role, whilst having an active involvement in demonstrating compliance with ORS internal controls regime · Escalating opportunities for process improvement including documentation and control design · Assist with internal projects sporadically when required · Promote, contribute to, and maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment, supporting with and attending staff training schedules · Meet all KPIs, SLA's, client services and quality standards Key Competencies: · Strive for exceptional client service and delivery · Act with integrity with everything you do · Collaborative working style with a view to finding a pragmatic solution to all problems · Highly motivated, demonstrates initiative and can easily multi-task · Flexible, adaptable and receptive to change · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Hands on approach to all tasks, eager to take full responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks · Organised and detail orientated individual with the ability to work autonomously in a high-volume environment Experience: • Minimum of 2 years of work experience within Financial Services • Previous experience within a Registry or Transfer Agency role is preferred but not required • Tertiary qualified highly regarded/ relevant Industry qualifications highly regarded • Advanced Excel and competent Word and PowerPoint skills HOW TO JOIN US You may apply using your LinkedIn profile; however, we would love to know more.
