Full Time: 80 hours per fortnight + ADO's

Department: Respiratory Medicine, Cystic Fibrosis Service
Location: Alfred
The Department of Respiratory Medicine within the Alfred Hospital requires a PA/Administrative support person for its Cystic Fibrosis Service until the 28th March, 2025.
This role supports the Head of the CF service, as well as undertaking various administrative duties within the Service.
The Role To undertake Administrative/Receptionist duties, including support for clinics, patient appointments, billing, and general administrative duties.
To provide Diary Management support to the Head of the CF Service.
To contribute to the operational efficiency of the Respiratory Medicine administrative support team.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications/Experience Required Previous PA experience, as well as strong organisational and customer service skills and demonstrated computer literacy.
Excellence in written and oral communication skills and a high level of attention to detail is also required.
Experience working within a medical environment and familiarity with medical terminology will be highly regarded; however, applicants with strong administrative skills from other fields will also be considered.
