Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) Full time UniQuest is Australia's leading university commercialisation company.
We partner with researchers at The University of Queensland (UQ) to create impact through the commercialisation of UQ's intellectual property (IP).
UniQuest's Salesforce environment, referred to as PEPPI, was established in 2011 and functions as UniQuest's primary Information System and CRM.
PEPPI encapsulates and systemises UniQuest's IP Commercialisation business logic within Salesforce.
PEPPI was developed using Salesforce's force.com platform to create custom objects, code, and business workflows.
The environment also includes installed packages for Pardot and Venturelytic.
As the Software Developer at UniQuest, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining a variety of enhancements within our Salesforce environment.
You will work closely with the Head of IT and the Commercialisation Operations Coordinator to assess, prioritise, develop, test, and launch improvements that span the entire technology framework of Salesforce.
Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support for a wide array of UniQuest Cloud services, including websites, Sage Intacct, Zapier, and Aerofiler.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and deploy enhancements within the PEPPI production and Sandbox environments.Provide technical advice and support for IT projects.Assist staff with Level 1/2 desktop and AV support on an ad hoc basis.About YouAs the ideal candidate you will have relevant certifications in Salesforce CRM and Force.com Lightning Experience.
You will also have advanced skills in configuring and optimising Salesforce objects, custom fields, page layouts, and Lightning record pages.
You will have extensive experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components and proficiency in Salesforce API integrations (SOAP, REST) and security model configurations.
To excel in this role, you will need to have strong project management skills, be results driven, and a problem solver with a service-oriented attitude.
Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build positive professional relationships.
The role is based at UniQuest's offices on The University of Queensland's St Lucia campus, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
