We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Referrer Engagement Representative who can bring a strong medical background, strategic business acumen, and the ability to build meaningful relationships. If you thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment and can quickly adapt to new challenges, we'd love to hear from you.About the Role:As a Senior Referrer Engagement Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting Cancer Care Associates' services to current and potential referrers. Leveraging your already established relationships with healthcare professionals, you will drive engagement, build strategic partnerships, and implement business development initiatives that support referral pathways and business growth. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improving systems and referral efficiencies, while collaborating with medical professionals across general practices, surgical specialists and hospitals.Key Responsibilities:Engage personally with referrers, GPs, Surgeons, Practice Managers, Nurses, and key hospital personnel to promote our services.Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance referrer engagement and streamline referral processes.Ensure referral practices/sites are equipped with Cancer Care Associates' referral templates, electronic referral systems, and other necessary tools to improve referral ease.Identify and execute opportunities to improve referral pathways, contributing to overall system enhancements and efficiencies.Maintain a consistent schedule of liaison activities to build strong relationships and awareness of Cancer Care Associates' offerings.Lead and contribute to the planning and execution of events, with a focus on maximising referrer engagement and relationship depth.Attend industry events, identifying opportunities for growth and relationship-building with key stakeholders.Conduct formal and informal research to gain insights into referrer preferences and motivations.Manage your territory effectively to maximise engagement opportunities and ensure widespread awareness of our services.Maintain a deep working knowledge of Cancer Care Associates' service offerings, referral pathways, and value propositions.Who You Are:5+ years of experience in a senior role interacting with medical professionals, preferably within the oncology or healthcare sectors.Strong background in healthcare, business development, or a related field, with a deep understanding of clinical practices.Proven ability to create and implement strategic plans, with a proactive approach to business development.Established network within the medical community, with the ability to quickly build and nurture new relationships.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to influence and negotiate.Highly organised, self-motivated, and resilient, with a strong track record of achieving targets.Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.What We Offer:A chance to play a key role in driving the success of Cancer Care Associates and improving patient outcomes.Opportunities for continuous development and growth, both professionally and personally.A supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions will make a real impact.About Cancer Care Associates:At Cancer Care Associates, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive cancer care that is patient-centred and outcomes-driven.
