We do this through expert management of human resources, payroll, recruitment, occupational health and safety, industrial relations, workforce planning, transformation and employment regulations.
The Recruitment Services branch within PSC provides expert advice and support to the department on all recruitment related matters, including attraction, selection, redeployment and other recruitment and retention practices.
About the Role As a key contributor to the high performing Recruitment Services team, you will be responsible for supporting end to end selection processes and high-volume campaign delivery.
You will manage candidate care communication and related administrative activities and manage the onboarding of talent to work in critical frontline and corporate service positions.
Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to work together with colleagues across all components of a recruitment process including advertising, screening, scheduling, administering interviews, supporting face-to-face assessments and completing a range of security checks for candidates.
Other unique or supporting skills, such as knowledge of best practice recruitment methodologies, use of psychometric tools, recruitment of diverse candidates, data analysis and reporting, research, or training would be highly regarded.
