About the roleNegotiate and recommend SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) service levels for agreement with business / product owners and outsource service providers to ensure services are delivered to a prescribed quality and timeframe.Monitor outsource provider performance against agreed service levels to ensure deliverables are accurate and completed in line with agreed timetables.Design and execute effective and efficient controls to mitigate outsourcing and related IT/data risks so that the function operates within risk appetite and complies with risk and outsourcing policies.Oversee and coordinate the quarterly Group reporting deliverables.Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of General Ledger, including analysis and implementation of annual chart of accounts changes.Ensure actual or emerging risk and issues are proactively identified, communicated, and appropriately managed.About youTertiary qualifications in a business management or other relevant discipline.Significant experience in developing and implementing internal control and governance, policies and procedures based on regulatory requirements and leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing compliance.Experience in managing outsource and/or offshore provider service levels and relationships.Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.Benefits and perksInclusive Culture: Join a supportive, open-minded team focused on customer outcomes, bringing your authentic self to work every dayFlexible Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible and remote work options and workplace adjustments, with support for your work/life balance.Career Development: Access mentoring, development and global mobility opportunities for growth and success, including access to over 10,000 learning resources.Financial and Well-being Perks: Enjoy discounts on Allianz products, retail, tech, and travel, plus financial wellness initiatives and the Employee Share Purchase Program - own a piece of your employerFor more details about our benefits, visit the Allianz Careers site.About our cultureWe care about everything that makes you, you.
