What You Will Be Doing The Payroll Services Masterfile Team leader plays an integral role in the Payroll Team, coordinating and administering a range of information management and compliance activities to ensure accurate workforce information is processed and maintained for the organisation.
The primary function is the update and management of SAP Masterfile information to ensure staff contract information and entitlements are correct on the payroll system and are processed on a daily basis accurately and efficiently.

What You Need We anticipate you will have: Proven track record of managing payroll processes, including payroll preparation, reporting, and compliance Prior experience leading a team of payroll professionals or supporting a leadership role in a payroll environment In-depth knowledge of payroll processing systems, laws, and regulations, including complex payroll calculations, tax compliance, and benefits administration Experience with Success Factors and SAP Payroll and Microsoft Office applications: Familiarity with payroll processing software, including implementation, customization, and training on new systems What Next If you experience any issues signing in or registering, please feel welcome to contact the People Experience Team on (03) 9784 2700.
