Sales / Production Manager

About the role As the Sales / Production Manager at Facadez Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and production operations.
In this full-time position based in Silverwater, NSW, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to grow the business, as well as overseeing the efficient management of the production process.
What you'll be doing Developing and executing sales plans and processes to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.Building and submitting accurate, competitive, professional tenders with the assistance of estimators / admin team.Managing all tenders and maintaining an accurate project pipeline.Effectively managing the production team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and accurate production lead times.Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, including constant research on new products / prices.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key supplier accounts and stakeholders.Optimising production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Collaborating closely with company management / directors and providing accurate detailed reports & analysis.What we're looking for Proven track record of success in sales and production management within the Aluminium / Glass Industry.Extensive knowledge of Aluminium Window / Louvre - Sunshade Systems.Extensive knowledge of Glass / Glazing and Energy requirements.Extensive knowledge of Installation / plant / safety (WHS) requirements relating to Aluminium Systems & Glazing when working on site.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track and measure performance.Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.Familiarity with production planning and inventory management.Existing relationships within the industry and ability to manage and source.What we offer At Facadez Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
