While our name is relatively new, we have been in the caravan industry for over 38 years manufacturing Supreme and Leader Caravans.
We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and experienced Accounts Clerk to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in Craigieburn.
You will be responsible for accounts payable and receivable as well as maintaining the financial wellbeing of our interstate dealerships across dual locations.
As an integral part of our Team, you will have proven experience in a similar role, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in using accounting software, and enjoy working in a team environment
Full Time HoursMonday to Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm)$38.00 - $40.00 per hour + Superannuation
What You Will Be Doing: Accounts payable and accounts receivableDaily bank reconciliationsPreparing weekly payments for review and approvalDaily bankingSupporting PayrollCosting and verifying of staff commissionsDaily timecardsGeneral Ad-hoc tasksAbout You: Must have prior experience minimum of 2 – 3 years in a similar position with exposure to both accounts payable and receivableExperience in accounting software such as: Eclipse, MYOB, QuickBooks, XeroSound knowledge of MS OfficeHave the capability to pick up new systems quicklySuperior time management and organisational skillsExceptional attention to detailHave a flexible mindset and work efficiently to hit deadlinesProfessional, proactive, and enthusiastic attitudeTo apply, please submit a CV and a cover letter highlighting your suitability and notice period through Seek.
