In this role you will be the first point of contact, assisting customers and their carers with general enquiries and welcoming them to the hub.
To be successful you will have a genuine passion for helping others, good attention to detail and a positive, energetic can-do attitude.
A typical day in the role may look like: Support the management team to drive consistency in admin processes within the region in alignment with policies and procedures;Coordinate admin duties for sites and region such as invoicing and receipting, accounts receivable and stock ordering;Manage and coordinate the collection and collation of information and prepare reports on region service delivery and compliance performance.The ideal candidate will have: Good customer/client service and problem-solving skillsEffective organisational and time management skillsA passion for supporting individuals living with disabilityProficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and OutlookCertificate II or III in Business or related studies would be highly regardedSubmitting your application is easy, all we need is your current CV and a few questions answered and then one of the team will be in touch.
