Senior Occupational Therapist Joondalup Health Campus, Joondalup A new exciting and challenging opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to grow their career and to provide the best quality care for our patients.
Maximum term contract (12 month)-part time opportunity 0.4 FTE (Thursday-Friday). About the role You will be providing advanced clinical expertise as part of the Occupational Therapy department at the Joondalup Health Campus in the orthopaedic and surgical wards.You will provide evidence-based interventions that align with best practice guidelines to delivering outstanding care to our patients.You will support junior staff members to grow and develop their clinical skills within the orthopaedic and surgical caseloads.You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our orthopaedic and surgical services, and drive service development.To be successful in this role, you will need to address the following selection criteria: Minimum of two years clinical experience within an acute/subacute hospital settingDemonstrated ability to apply clinical reasoning, sound judgement and complex decision making at an advanced level of practice within the stated clinical specialitiesExperience in contributing to departmental/organisational goals including implementation of service development and/or quality improvementDemonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with a high standard of communication and interpersonal skills.Completion or progress towards a relevant postgraduate qualification.Remuneration: Salary commensurate with experience Why Joondalup Health Campus?
