About the Role This is a brand-new role with huge potential to be the driving force behind high-exposure programs of work for the business.
Someone passionate about IAM (Identity and Access Management) and O&C (Operations and Compliance) will excel in this position and be responsible for the following: Lead the development and ownership of digital products focused on Access and Identity Management, shaping critical elements of the company's digital stack.
Define and deliver the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, compliance, and marketing, to deliver seamless identity solutions.
Drive innovation in identity platforms, ensuring privacy, consent management, and regulatory compliance are at the forefront.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycles, from discovery and ideation to launch, with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability.
Evangelise product vision and strategy across the organisation, influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
Ensure delivery of secure, user-friendly solutions that enhance customer trust and operational efficiency.
About the Candidate Demonstrated experience in product management with expertise in Access and Identity Management.
Domain expertise in Consent and Privacy is also essential.
Proficient understanding of identity platforms such as Okta (experience with others is also highly valued).
Strong skills in consent management, privacy governance, and Digital ID.
Proven track record in influencing and inspiring cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.
Experience collaborating with marketing and brand teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and go-to-market efforts.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and measure success.
