Our values of Pioneering, Accountability, Collaboration, and Tenacity are the PACT our team members make to be our best every day and work together to deliver this vision and create a great place to work.About the role:The primary purpose of the Hospital Sales Representative is to provide the highest levels of customer service to Health Care Practitioners (HCP) and key stakeholders in the Hospital and Specialist environment.
All customer service activity is directed at achieving the defined territory's sales and business objectives through implementation of strategies and tactics as determined by Arrotex management.
It plays a crucial part in results delivery by driving the execution of Arrotex's sales and marketing strategy in secondary care.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain positive working relationships and networks with HCPs, and their medical and supporting administrative staff.Demonstrate and articulate knowledge and understanding of the Hospital/Specialty landscape.Maintain high standards of disease and product knowledge, develop a deep understanding of competitive environment and monitor industry trends.Gain credibility and trust to engage and mobilise key opinion leaders in therapeutic indication or disease state.Drive biologic product uptake through execution of strategic marketing tactics across customer segments.Identify and leverage unique customer insights to provide solutions aligned to target marketing initiatives to increase utilisation.Demonstrate business acumen, market and scientific knowledge and ability to make tactical decisions and choices to increase sales in territory.Discover the customer's patient management priorities and goals, intrinsic and extrinsic decision influences, and practical implementation sequencing of prescribing behaviour.Key Requirements:2+ years Specialist or Hospital sales experience.Understanding of the prescription medicines landscape with a focus on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) and current and future dynamics that impact the Arrotex portfolio and product pipeline.Proficient in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.Be a highly successful professional, with a track record demonstrating consistent results and exceptional working relationships with internal stakeholders.Have high integrity, be accountable for your performance, and motivated by the success of the team as much as your own result.Intra and interstate travel may be required.
