Our services include general practice (GP); nursing; allied health; dental; counselling and psychology; gambling support; alcohol and drug treatment; migrant and refugee settlement services; social connection; carer support services and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in partnership with the NDIA.
What you'll be doing in this role? This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that maximise profitability, enhance operational efficiency, and expand our clinic's market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, financial management, project management and healthcare services.
Your work will include: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market presence.Oversee the financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.Develop partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance service offerings.Lead market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
(Mandatory)Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Desirable)A current Victorian Drivers LicenceA current Working with Children Check (Employee) or VIT RegistrationProven experience in a business management role within the healthcare industry, ideally within dental services.Strong understanding of financial management, business development, and operational excellence.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.What's in it for you?
