We believe in open communication, ensuring that our clients are an integral part of the creative process.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?Working closely with the Head of, you'll contribute to the development and implementation of a robust sales strategy aimed at exceeding our growth targets and KPIs. Your role will also include managing and optimising our CRM (HubSpot), refining sales pipeline processes to enhance efficiency, and ensuring a smooth, effective workflow.You'll take the lead in driving our sales efforts and spearheading new business development. Your day-to-day will involve proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold calling and strategic outreach initiatives. You'll be responsible for converting leads into long-term, valuable partnerships, ensuring that each client aligns with our goals and standards.Additionally, you'll focus on building and nurturing strategic partnerships with agencies and related businesses, creating opportunities for collaboration and further expansion.
