Our team is made up of innovators, creatives, and doers who are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible.Social Media Specialist:As our new Social Media Specialist, you'll be a proactive self-starter who brings your expertise to elevate our clients' social media presence under the guidance of a Marketing + Content Manager and a Digital Marketing Manager.
Why You'll Love It Here:Work on an exciting mix of clients, from global sports foundations to major sporting events + products.Work with world champions, olympians and up and coming athletes.Join a vibrant team that's both fun and talented, where you can learn from each other and grow togetherYour Day-to-Day:Social Media Management & Planning:Develop and implement organic social strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Analyse clients' social presence, market positioning, and competitors to optimise content and results.Manage clients' social accounts, ensuring standout engagement and impact.Create comprehensive, forward-looking content calendars.Social Content Creation:Assist with content shoots, from initial concepts to editing, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to best practices.Repurpose and enhance existing assets when required using tools like Canva, TikTok, and CapCut.Write social copy consistent with each client's tone of voice.Schedule and publish posts, aligning with the overall marketing strategy.Conceptualise and execute social media competitions to drive growth.Influencer & Community Engagement:Identify and cultivate relationships with talent/athletes to expand reach and engagement.Support talent/athlete campaigns aligned with brand goals.Proactively manage and engage with social communities.Collaborate with the Content Manager to maintain strong athlete relationships and content opportunities.Analytics & Performance Tracking:Monitor social metrics to refine strategies, improve performance, and optimise campaigns.Prepare insightful reports highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.Collaboration & Teamwork:Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure social efforts support broader campaigns.Assist teammates with various projects, fostering a collaborative environment.Stay informed on social media trends, tools, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.Who We're Looking For:A go-getter with a positive can-do approach with a strong passion for social media.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eagle eye for detail.At least 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within an agency or brand-focused setting.Someone who can hit the ground running and can work well in a growing agency environmentHave prior experience in working on client social accounts.
Media agency experience would be highly regardedExperienced in using Canva, CapCut, and various in-platform editing tools.Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.A keen eye for maintaining brand consistency across various social channels.Adaptable to varying work hours, including occasional late calls or extended hours for events, to meet the needs of the work and clients.Location:This role is based in Australia, remotely working-from-home role with the requirement to attend the Sydney South office in Woolooware once / week.How To Apply:Please submit your application via LinkedIn including your current CV, a compelling cover letter about you and the impact that you can make in this role along with URL's to Instagram and TikTok accounts you have built and/or manage.
