We are excited to be expanding into the Queensland sector and have an opportunity for a Site Manager and Foreman to be a part of a unique and exciting organisation that values its people.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the purpose of the role is: Manage and deliver projects in line with project documentation, considering quality, health and safety requirements.Control a project on and off site, within time, quality and cost parameters.Managing site inductions for subcontractors and site employees.Overall accountability for delivering assigned projects.Working to deadline, contract and project timeframes.Maintaining quality relationships both internally and externally.Managing the day-to-day site activity in accordance with the programme, Project Plan and in line with Degnan accredited systems.Manage performance, compliance and expectations of resources and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality prior to handover.To be considered for this role you must have: Trade qualifications and/or building diploma.Proven experience managing a construction team and the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results related to time, cost and quality.Demonstrate that the safety and welfare of all personnel that enter your site is prioritised.Extensive Site Management experience and be able to have a verifiable track record with running projects within the infrastructure sector.You must be a forward thinker and have the ability to take charge and drive the job efficiently.Comprehensive knowledge of building trades, with strong technical planning and programming skills.Work for a business that takes care of its people.Friendly and supportive environment.How to Apply:If you meet the above criteria, please click 'Apply Now' or contact Stuart on .
