Site Supervisor

Our client has established themselves as an award winning industry leader in design and construction of custom and luxury homes in South East Queensland.
Founded in family values they are committed to excellence in design, construction and customer service.You will be brought on to supervise one 10 million dollar project based in Hamilton, Brisbane.
After this you will continue on with the team and be supplied with 2-5 million dollar builds holding 3-6 at once.
Our client has excellent long terms relationships with consistent and reliable trades so you can get on with the job of building.Role Interpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice to direct work and monitor complianceComplete QA checks, site inductions and ensure WPH&S complianceRecord and report variationsTrack and control construction schedules, progress reporting to managementManage sub-contractors, quality of materials and workmanshipPlace orders for materials and trades as requiredLiaise with internal team members and external consultantsLiaise with clientsReporting to the DirectorThe Person:Minimum 3 years' Site Supervisor experienceCertificate IV of Construction or equivalentMust have suspended slab experienceMust have Block work concrete experienceQBCC Builders License (Builder Low Rise) or Site SupervisorExperience with Onsite Companion software an advantageWhite Card certifiedSelf-driven, organized, high attention to detail and enthusiastic team playerExcellent written and verbal communicationOffer$130k - $140K + Super + VehicleFamily orientated company | Stable employerSmall number of custom homes to manageWork sites generally within 20km radius of BrisbaneWork with reliable and expert tradesIf you meet the above criteria and are interested in this opportunity please apply now.All resumes are treated as confidential and if you require more information or would like an initial discussion please don't hesitate to contact Aliesha Alford on or #J-18808-Ljbffr
