NDIS Compliance & Client Relations Coordinator NDIS Compliance & Client Relations Coordinator – Full Time (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm)
Location: Petrie Terrace Office, Brisbane (Car Space Included)
Salary: $90k + Superannuation

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a wide range of client programs, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards, and directly overseeing a team of team leaders and support workers.
This role is vital to maintaining YOURCARE's high standards of client care and supporting our clients' wellbeing and independence.
You will work closely with healthcare professionals, families, and the NDIS, ensuring smooth service delivery and strong client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management : Oversee and coordinate individual client programs, focusing on clients with brain injuries, spinal injuries, or other sustained disabilities.
Ensure that each program is tailored to client needs and goals.
Team Leadership : Directly manage team leaders and support workers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure all staff meet YOURCARE's high standards of care.
NDIS Compliance : Ensure all programs and services adhere to NDIS requirements, including compliance with reporting obligations, practice standards, and funding arrangements.
Client-Centred Care : Work closely with clients and their support networks to create an empowering, person-centred care environment.
Emphasise a holistic approach that considers both their medical conditions and emotional wellbeing.
Business Growth : Contribute to the strategic growth of YOURCARE by identifying opportunities for service expansion, improving client outcomes, and helping establish YOURCARE as a leader in the industry.
Reporting & Documentation : Manage detailed documentation for each client's progress, care plan, and NDIS funding.
Provide regular updates to the senior management team on client outcomes, team performance, and compliance.
Problem-Solving : Act as a point of contact for client issues, resolving problems efficiently and effectively to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Cultural Awareness : Ensure respectful and inclusive support for clients from diverse backgrounds.
What We're Looking For:
Education : A Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field is preferred such as Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Social Work.
Experience : Strong knowledge of NDIS compliance, reporting obligations, and funding processes.
At least 3+ years of experience managing client care in a disability or healthcare setting.
Leadership Skills : Demonstrated experience managing and leading teams.
Ability to mentor, train, and support staff while holding them accountable for delivering quality care.
Organisational Skills : Ability to manage multiple clients, staff members, and tasks simultaneously, with a strong eye for detail.
Empathy & Respect : A passion for providing person-centred care, with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of people with disabilities.
Must demonstrate respect for clients' individual needs and experiences.
Adaptability : YOURCARE is a small to medium-sized business, so the role requires flexibility and willingness to adapt to a range of responsibilities and challenges.
