Join our dedicated team in providing exceptional Supported Independent Living (SIL) services to individuals living with disabilities across two welcoming homes in Griffin and Pallara.
About Us We are a trusted NDIS provider, committed to delivering high-quality care and support for our clients.
Our SIL homes in Griffin and Pallara offer supportive environments that empower participants to live independently while achieving their goals.
The Role As the Accommodation Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of both SIL homes, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and fostering a positive, client-centered environment.
Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining safe, supportive, and inclusive homes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the SIL homes, including staff rosters, budgets, and resources.Lead, support, and mentor a team of support workers to provide exceptional care.Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations, policies, and quality standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and other stakeholders.Address participant needs and develop personalized care plans.Monitor and report on operational performance and participant outcomes.About You You are an empathetic, organized, and proactive leader with a strong understanding of the NDIS framework.
