Role Overview Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive further expansion in the 3PL world.
This role is brand new and is integral to executing the growth strategy of the business nationally, with a focus on new business with management of key accounts.
You'll play a pivotal role in building relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and shaping the future of logistics technology.

Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through daily cold calling and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Develop tailored solutions for customers while promoting the company's service offerings.
Leverage CRM tools to manage client data, analyse performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events to grow your network.
Skills and Attributes Proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a strategic sales role.
Strong background in warehousing, 3PL, or supply chain, with a minimum of 3 years in the sector.
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
