In this Consultant, Events role, you will: Drive the delivery of incredible guest experiences that reflect our customer obsession.Plan, coordinate and oversee delivery of events across numerous locations, collaborating with a multitude of vendors and stakeholders.Be a key subject matter expert of the event planning software including troubleshooting, training colleagues, and ongoing maintenance.Support colleagues and customers with the end-to-end process of event planning, delivering a 'one-stop-shop' experience with the team by providing convenient, simple, and fit-for-purpose assistance.Be open to working irregular hours as needed according to event scheduling.Collaborate with Senior Hospitality Managers to develop a strategic approach to deliver first-class events.What You'll Bring: Strong background in Events (5 years minimum), preferably within a similar corporate environment.Outstanding, resilient, customer-centric attitude, able to adapt and find alternative resolutions that prioritize customer experience.A proactive approach to strategic planning and coordination of events, with consistent attention to detail.Foundational proficiency in a variety of AV equipment (set up, troubleshooting).General understanding or experience in event management software, preferred.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone: We know that our people make us who we are.
