With a strong focus on environmental sustainability, they offer fully integrated, modern, single-site dairy and plant-based beverage manufacturing.
They are proud to play an important role in Australia's dairy and dairy alternative supply chain.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Head of Commercial, you'll be pivotal in shaping the market impact.
Reporting to the CEO and collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you'll drive customer growth through both existing and new business opportunities.
You'll also lead the commercial functions across sales, contract management, and procurement, with a proactive approach to cost savings and revenue growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead all commercial activities, with a focus on top-line growth and optimizing the product portfolio.
Manage and enhance customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and tenders, building robust procurement and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with the NPD & Innovation, Customer Service, Finance, and Procurement teams to streamline operations and foster a culture of innovation.
Conduct market research, drive new product development, and analyse trends to inform business decisions.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team committed to customer success and growth.
ABOUT YOU
Degree-qualified in business, marketing, management, or a similar field.
Experience within the dairy industry is essential.
At least 5 years of experience in commercial sales, business development, customer management, or related roles within the FMCG sector.
Strong international trade experience, with a record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
Data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
