In this role you will establish effective partnerships within NSW SES and across government agencies to deliver digital solutions that modernise operations.
You will lead critical projects like the Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system and other Operational Management Systems, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement technology that enhances emergency response capabilities.
This role will be pivotal in driving efficient, modern operations for the NSW SES.

About you To be successful in this role you will:
Demonstrate high-level skills in negotiation, collaboration, and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.Have relevant experience in digital project delivery, with the ability to manage complex projects.Be a delivery-focused and astute technologist and leader, with experience in developing people and processes to achieve successful outcomes.Have proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Delivery Lead on large, multi-year programs.Be energetic, a driver of change, and someone who has fun leading the way.
