Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated Restaurant Manager to join and lead our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing all aspects of the restaurant's functionality.
The Restaurant Manager sets the standard for service expectations by scrutinizing every aspect of the guest's experience from start to finish, and personally intervenes to correct below standard service issues and positively coaches and counsels staff to achieve the highest quality of service in all areas of the restaurant.
Full job description: Managing all operational aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations Supervising staff, providing training, scheduling shifts, and ensuring high performance Ensuring the highest standards of customer service and resolving any issues or complaints Overseeing stock management, placing orders, and maintaining inventory levels Working with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and food quality Planning new menus and special dishes with chefs Creating and managing the restaurant's budget, analyzing financial data, and improving profitability Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food regulations Monitoring restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards Handling daily administrative tasks such as payroll, performance reviews, and reports Required Qualification and Experience: At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role Diploma or higher in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field Required Knowledge and Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities Experience in managing restaurant operations and teams Knowledge of Chinese cuisine or Asian hospitality will be highly regarded Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in managing budgets, inventory, and staff rosters Passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences If you are an enthusiastic, hands-on manager who thrives in a busy restaurant environment and has a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you
