We focus on motivating and retaining our talented team members to ensure our ongoing success.Job DescriptionThe Mercure Townsville has a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, "hands-on" leader with a guest-focused approach to exceed guest expectations.As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Celsius Restaurant. You will work closely with the front-of-house staff to inspire and develop our team while maintaining our high standards of food and service.Key Responsibilities:Manage, run, and control the operational floor of the restaurant according to business demandSet, implement, and review service standards to ensure consistent qualityConduct training, performance evaluations, and counselling of staffRecruit and select team members who align with our standards and valuesEfficiently manage rosters and costs to optimise operationsReview guest feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement changesEnsure WH&S and sustainability commitments are upheld within the departmentCollaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service deliveryQualifications:Proven experience in leading and managing a successful team in a high-volume restaurantExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritise tasks, multitask, and work effectively in a team environmentOutgoing personality with a positive attitude, initiative, and the ability to think creativelyStrong work ethic and exceptional customer service skillsImmaculate personal presentation and attention to detailValid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificateFlexibility to work shifts including days, evenings, and weekendsAdditional Information:If you are a passionate and dynamic leader with a dedication to excellence, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at the Mercure Townsville.
