Italia Lane, an upscale modern Italian restaurant nestled in the heart of Brisbane's vibrant Fortitude Valley, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Restaurant Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate strong managerial skills to lead and motivate our team to deliver outstanding service and uphold our high standards.
Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience that keeps them coming back.
Utilise your extensive wine knowledge to curate an exceptional wine list and provide expert guidance on wine pairing with our exquisite Italian cuisine.
Handle reporting duties with precision, including stock control and financial analysis, to optimise operational efficiency and profitability.
Manage front of house staff, ensuring optimal performance through effective team motivation, comprehensive training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment conducive to excellence in service delivery.
Drive business growth by proactively implementing innovative ideas and initiatives, leveraging your initiative and creativity.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
Excellent wine knowledge, with a proven ability to pair wine with food.
Strong leadership skills and a natural ability to manage and inspire a team.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Proficient in reporting and stock control, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative to drive business success.
Impeccable presentation and a commitment to maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
