Are you ready to advance your career in Freight Forwarding?As a key member in a team of 7, reporting to our Senior Customer Success Manager, you will contribute to delivering world-class customer service to our valued customers. Leveraging our Customer Success technology and in-house systems, you will ensure a seamless, top-tier experience for our customers, helping drive operational excellence.Based in Brisbane, this role offers a hybrid work arrangement – spend four days in our state-of-the-art Eagle Farm office and enjoy the flexibility of working from home every Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with global Customer Success teams to resolve problemsManage customer expectationsPurchase order managementRespond to customer enquiries regarding bookings, new orders, status updates, tracking, billing and transportLiaise with overseas agents for booking controlsPreparation and management of reportsSkills and ExperienceExperience in the freight forwarding industryStrong customer service and relationship management skillsExperience with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)Cargowise experience/familiarityAbility to simultaneously manage numerous relationshipsEffective issue management and problem-solving skillsAbout UsLigentia goes beyond boundaries to take the complexity out of managing your global supply chain.
