About the Opportunity We are expanding our Auditing Team and are on the lookout for experienced Senior Auditors to join us in permanent, remote roles.
Work from the comfort of your home with the possibility of occasional onsite client visits.
The Senior Auditor role is responsible for providing timely and accurate auditing services to iMedX clients, including the auditing of diagnosis and procedures of hospital episodes in line with the International Classification of Diseases and Australian Classification of Health Interventions.
What You'll Bring to iMedX To thrive in this role, you'll have:
A clinical auditor who is a leader in their field7 years of private/public hospital auditing including at a Tertiary levelExperienced in various auditing practices, guidelines and requirements e.g.
quality and compliance, optimisation, hospital acquired complications, target auditsComprehensive knowledge of clinical coding, including ICD-10-AD 12th EditionProven track record of record optimisation across public or private hospitalsCompletion of Certificate of Achievement Clinical Coding Auditor is an advantageFamiliar with national, state and territory coding guidelines in AustraliaUnderstand private health fund contract requirementsCompetent in learning/using patient administration systems and medical record formats e.g.
