Salaries from $100,000 - $130,000 + Super + $1000 PD + 3 days PD leave Mixed Ages caseload in the clinic and out in the community
A range of bonus opportunities, including a 15% pay out for any billable hours above expected KPI and $30 extra per additional hour.

Your Role: As a Senior OT, you will be responsible for managing your caseload of mostly NDIS, private and Medicare clientele.
In addition to working a caseload, you will also support junior clinicians providing regular one-on-one and group supervision, contribute to quality improvement of the service and provide input for business strategy.

A travel cap of 30 minutes from the office, with reimbursement for any further travel time, and a travel allowance of 75 cents per km, as well as all tolls paid.
A supportive team of 36 active staff, work alongside other experienced Senior OTs with collaboratively 15 years' experience.
A generous salary of $100,000 - $130,000 + Super Professional Development allowance of $1000 PD per year + three days professional development leave A range of bonus opportunities, including a 15% pay out for any billable hours above expected KPI and $30 extra per additional hour.
