Reporting to Superintendent Execution Enablement, located in Macky/Perth.Accountabilities:Engages stakeholders to ensure alignment with FFA Runway on two-year plan objectives throughout the implementation phase, using predefined routines with assets and FFA.Lead performance tracking dashboard reporting validation, including KPIs, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting L2-L5.Liaise across multiple functions.Act as Point of Contact for internal & external customers.Identify potential issues and escalation scenarios.Facilitate Superintendent, Manager and Head of level meetings.Assess impacts of changes and uncertainty in plans and escalate when required.Capture improvement ideas and feed into continuous improvement pipeline.About YouTo be successful in this role you will be an experienced professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a desire to deliver meaningful and impactful work.
