Job Posting: Corporate Gym & Wellness ManagerLocation: Sydney CBD, NSWJob Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)A Squad Called Savage is seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Gym & Wellness Manager to oversee our corporate gym operations and lead wellness programs at our Sydney CBD location.
If you're passionate about promoting workplace health and wellness, we'd love to hear from youWhat You'll Be DoingOversee daily operations and maintenance of the corporate gym facilityDesign and implement engaging wellness programs and activities tailored to employeesRecruit, train, and manage a team of fitness instructors and personal trainersCoordinate and lead group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and wellness initiativesMonitor gym usage, track member satisfaction, and optimize services accordinglyEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standardsServe as the primary point of contact for client organizations, liaising with the Wellness Account ManagerContribute to the overall growth and success of the corporate wellness divisionWhat We're Looking ForA minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate gym or wellness managementRelevant qualifications in fitness, exercise science, or a related fieldStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesProven success in developing and delivering wellness programsIn-depth knowledge of fitness equipment and health & safety regulationsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with a teamA passion for promoting health and wellbeing in the workplaceWhat We OfferAt A Squad Called Savage, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of our clients and their teams.
