As a company, we're heavily investing in our assets, technology, talent, and operations to build the most loved brands in the category.
In this role, you'll spend time on the ground at our properties, equipping General Managers and department heads to independently manage HR functions where possible.

You'll have a direct impact on shaping our culture and driving sustainable growth across the business.
This senior leadership position reports directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities Lead our HR strategy and drive improvements in people operations.
Confidently prepare and present to senior leadership and our board of external stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior leaders to attract, retain and nurture top talent.
Oversee workplace safety, conflict resolution, and compliance with local laws.
Drive training and development programs for all levels, including senior leadership.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives across the business.
Be the go-to person for General Managers and department heads on all things people and culture.
Spend time on the ground at our properties to identify pain points and enhance the employee experience.
Shape and reinforce a company culture where people love to work.
About You You're an experienced HR leader with a proven track record of building exceptional workplaces and driving business success.
You bring a strategic mindset, sharp problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day operations.
You're passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
You're adept at handling conflict and are comfortable saying "no".
Able to handle a fast pace and multiple ongoing projects.
You thrive on shaping company direction through talent development and core people strategies.
You are familiar with the youth travel sector and bring insights from your own travel experiences.
You're open to regular travel, taking the time to understand our brand, operations and people.
You're thoughtful, direct and ready to channel your creativity into cultivating a thriving team culture.
