We have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team.The Back2You Therapy team is in need of an energetic, self-motivated and talented administrator. The Administrative role is a position reporting to the Director. The successful candidate will assist the Director in the day-to-day operations focusing on high-level administration and coordination tasks.Back2You Therapy provides mobile Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy to participants within the NDIS.Our goal is to provide the best services to participants, while providing a genuinely supportive environment for all team members. We value your ideas to use your individual skills to enhance the team and support our participants.About YouQualities:A positive individual who enjoys working in reception/administration.An individual who is warm and friendly with participants and team members.Someone with pleasant and professional phone manner.A person who takes pride in their work, is accurate and systematic.A person who is honest with strong initiative and can work without close supervision.Position SummaryThe position has a range of responsibilities relating to reception and practice management services including:Participant ManagementAdministration and Reception TasksDatabase ManagementSchedule ManagementInvoicing and Account ManagementImplementing operational policies and proceduresKey Stakeholder liaison including Support Coordinators, other Healthcare Professionals, Plan Managers and other identified groups and individuals.Key Responsibilities and Challenges:Assist the Directors through:Managing administration tasks such as participant onboarding, creating service agreements, invoicing, remittance, posting on social mediums and schedule management.Providing administrative support to the Directors.Developing strong communication links with key stakeholders.Continual streamlining of administrative processes within the business.Promoting and developing Back2You Therapy through marketing and social media.Developing, implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures.Selection Criteria:Applicants should possess the following key skills:Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Strong administration and organisational skills.Demonstrated computer literacy.Basic financial skills.Accounts management background.Demonstrated experience in aspects of NDIS.General knowledge of the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy industry and NDIS.
