Being the friendly face of the hotel and lending a hand with concierge services.
A knack for communication and problem-solving.
Knowing Melbourne like the back of your hand - the best cafes, hidden gems, and top-notch attractions.
A smile that goes from ear to ear.
A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently with top-notch efficiency.
Previous experience with Opera software is a bonus.
Flexible availability to handle a rotating roster.
