This newly created opportunity offers the chance to support the region's customer care needs while working in a hybrid environment - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Description Key Responsibilities: Parts Sales Growth: Analyse market trends and manage dealer relationships to achieve aftermarket performance goals, including sales, maintenance contracts, and market share.Strategic Development: Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and with pricing teams to optimise profitability and competitiveness.Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to enhance dealer operations and customer support.Customer Success: Ensure exceptional support throughout the customer life cycle, from order fulfilment to inquiry resolution.Performance Tracking: Monitor service level agreements and key performance indicators, producing health scorecards to identify areas for improvement.Profile Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 7-10+ years in leadership roles within sales, operations, or service, specifically in materials handling, manufacturing, or industrial equipment.Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams.Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales and business development with a strategic approach to driving growth.Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial principles and the ability to analyse data for informed decision-making.Customer-Centric Mindset: A commitment to advocating for customers and dealers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is prioritised.Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Job Offer Why Join Us?Innovative Team Culture: Become part of a team that prioritises creativity and customer satisfaction.
